Get the most out of MIP® with MCG
Imports should be repeatable and audit-friendly — not a monthly fire drill.
- Two-week typical turnaround for many integration projects.
- Use MIP’s standard import tools for control and traceability.
- Documentation + training so your team can keep it running.
Two ways teams bring data into MIP®
Importing data electronically can save time and improve accuracy. In most cases, it falls into one of two categories.
Data Imports (one-time)
One-off transfer of information from an existing accounting system or an electronic spreadsheet — ideal when the data doesn’t regularly change and only needs to be loaded once.
Data Interface (recurring)
Seamless importation of recurring data from another software application into MIP® — best for ongoing, routinely updated information that needs to stay in sync.
MCG can help with both — whether you need a clean one-time import or ongoing interfacing support, we’ll guide the setup and streamline the process around your workflow.
Transactional imports
Bring your own CSV/export and map it to MIP’s standard import definitions for journals, receipts, AP/AR, budgets, and more.
Solution imports
Recurring interfaces from common software (payroll, donor/member systems, billing, credit cards) using known requirements and repeatable templates.
Utilities
Cleanup, automation, and workflow tools for MIP® (vendor/customer cleanup, report splitting, positive pay, compliance checks, and more).
