Implementation & Support Representative — MIP Fund Accounting

A blended role covering implementation, Tier 1/2 support, client training, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in system configuration, setup, and onboarding for new MIP clients.
  • Troubleshoot imports, reports, integrations, security, and workflows.
  • Deliver training (live/recorded) and help build help-center content.
  • Improve internal templates, automation strategies, and documentation.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years hands-on MIP Fund Accounting experience (classic or cloud).
  • Strong fund accounting knowledge and communication skills.
  • Independent troubleshooting + comfort working remote.
  • Excel proficiency; bonus for Microix/Bill.com/AvidXchange exposure.
Customer Success

Customer Success Coordinator

An entry-level role with growth opportunities — focused on customer experience, coordination, and support triage.

Objectives

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services and guide customers to the best solution.
  • Improve retention milestones and customer experience processes.
  • Support training course and educational material creation.
  • Optimize and enhance customer success initiatives.

Day-to-day

  • Initial triage of support calls/tickets and escalation routing.
  • Proactive customer check-ins and scheduling coordination.
  • Weekly reporting (Freshdesk KPIs, project updates, time tracking).
  • Support site inquiries and administrative coordination.
