MIPster the Tipster: Set user rights that fit the job

Hello friends. User rights control what each person can see and do in MIP. Assign access by role so people have the tools they need and nothing extra. You can set rights at the menu, form, or even field level. An AP clerk can enter invoices but not approve payments. A manager can review reports without touching entries. Thoughtful rights reduce errors, protect sensitive data, and keep workflows clean. Review permissions on a schedule, and always update them when someone changes roles or leaves. Clear rights make for clear books.
